With over 40 years in the industry Mr. Menard was active in the USA and Canadian and African oil industry specializing in light hydrocarbons recovery. He received his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and was formerly employed by Bechtel McCone Parsons, and by Signal Oil and Gas.
