Lawrence Langs

Lawrence Langs, a resident of California, acts as special counsel to Feldman Weinstein & Smith LLP. His legal expertise includes media, entertainment and technology.

Lawrence has been an intellectual property, entertainment and corporate lawyer; an investment banker on Wall Street; a technology and entertainment entrepreneur; and a "professional board member". He was in charge of business development at MP3.com (MPPP); VP of business development for Sybase New Media (SY); Investment Banker for Chemical Bank in New York; and Senior Consultant for Arthur D. Little in Boston.

Currently, he is on the board of directors for Destiny Media Technologies (DSNY.OB), and on the board of advisors for Rocket Ventures.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, and a Master's Degree in Finance and Management of Technology from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. He is a member of the New York Bar.
